This is a basic hotel without a lot of fanfare, which I knew when I booked. A little dated with worn carpet and damage to walls. The room and bed were decent and water pressure was good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Some decent restaurants not far from hotel.

We rented the suite and it was such a a great deal. It was only 114 bucks on Expedia and that included the Jacuzzi!! The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Ryan (maybe Josh ) was super friendly, nice, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed while we were there. (Thank you again for the lighter!) I will say they have done a massive amount of remodeling to this place and it looks amazing!! They are still working on it so if staying somewhere where there is still MINOR updates being done would bother you just know there are small things still being incorporated into the property. I wish they allowed pets or had a select few rooms that were pet friendly because I would like to go back and stay for more than one night and take my dog. The only thing that I really didn't like was that there isn't a bathroom in the lobby, other than that I was completely satisfied with my stay and the staff. Thanks so much!!

thank you for this review and for your understanding and patience during our remodel. while we are renovating all rooms, and eventually will be pet free, we do currently have some rooms that we can accommodate your pet. just let our staff know during check in. we also do do have a newly remodeled hall bathroom that was under construction but it is now available for guests.

Lucky for us they had a problem so they refunded us fully and we had to find another hotel. Others told us this hotel is a drug and prostitution haven! So glad we did not stay. Hope they are trying to clean it up!

Property was under some renivations but not to bad. quiet enough. The big inconvenience is the key lock did not work fornthe rooms due to these renovations. i was told first day we will have a key for you tomorrow. I was there 4 days and same story every day. i never got a key which meant somone had to escort me to my room. As a female alone it didnt make me feel real safe. tThe people were nice but wish they had told me ablut the key issue or offered some sort of partial refund. I mean no key. If they got keys and i went back to Kentucky i would go back

First of all, they don't take pets even though Expedia says they do. Second, they didn't have room keys. They offered to unlock the room and let me in for the night and lock it back. I ran out of there as fast as I could thanking God that I had gotten trip insurance b/c I found out these 2 things after I already paid.

Bottom floor rooms were acceptable , however the 2nd floor rooms were totally unacceptable.

The staff are just amazing. Kind and accommodating. They are in the middle of renovations but you can already see how amazing it's going to look when done. Very laid back atmosphere.
