Room was disgusting with mold in bathroom, no door sweep so you could see outside, room was extremely musty smelling, furniture was old, scratched and dusty, carpet was stained and sticky. Had to spray room spray, leave our shoes on and place towels around the door to keep bugs out. Offered other rooms and they were the same or worse with bugs scurrying across the floor in one of them. Cannot believe you charged for someone to stay in these rooms.

When we arrived our reservations I gotten somehow and we were here for my son's wedding the manager went way above and beyond to get it straightened out while we were at the wedding and when we came back everything was perfect... Customer service is important to me and he did a great job with it along with hotels.com with whom we booked the rooms through.. my room was very clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean and the pool was exceptionally clean I would absolutely stay here each time I come ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Filthy, poop smeared on back of bathroom door, stains and hair on the "clean" towels, still spreadable face makeup on the bedspreads, floors dirty. Don't consider their breakfast edible and by the looks of the ice machine wouldn't trust it to not get sick if drank. Water damage everywhere- lobby, food area, room. Don't recommend white/cream walls if you are not going to clean off any of the grunge. Smells like cigarettes and burn holes through the blankets. Really needs to be gutted or torn down. No staff to be found to complain to. No need though anyone could see this was the state of affairs at this hotel.
