The room was not clean - visible stickiness on tables - dry blood on the bed sheet (discovered the following morning), mosquitos and gnats flying around. The room had a heavy smoke smell - someone smoked in the room previously and I'm not a smoker - it gave me a headache and I tried covering my nostrils to filter some of the bad air.
Normally I would demand another room, however, the hotel looked to be at full capacity and I didn't have faith that another room would be better. Normally I would have refused the room and left, however, I attended a late night event and was traveling with an 82-year old and would not uproot their routine looking for another hotel that time of night. I now have to santize everything I had with me and get the smoke smell out of my formal attire and other clothes - that's how strong the smoke was in that room - and this is listed as a no-smoking facility. I didn't dare go to see what was in the dining area.

Overall I love it. Just was little bugs in the light over the sink area flying around when light was turned on.

I booked this motel (yes, not hotel) on a last minute basis. I thought I had made a proper choice based off the ratings, but I did not. 1st, the hotel staff is lovely, no quarelling and very kind. This was pretty much the only good thing.
2nd, upon arrival I noticed that the bedding was very stained from on top of the bed to stuck on junk on the bed skirt. The front desk had the bedding changed.
3rd, after that issue the bedding was changed but still stained.
4th, the refrigerator was completely broken. This was important cause I had milk for the baby.
5th, when I say that the carpets and flooring turned our feet black. I'm not joking. Especially my baby's feet cause of how on the move he is.
6th, because of the broke fridge my left overs got taken. But some how returned 3 days later?
7th, the fire alarm was literally hanging off the wall and so was the walling in the shower area.
8th, save your time on the "breakfast" and just go to the Micky D's in the front.
Overall, will not be staying here again until the owners renovate and make some staffing changes!

The remote didnt work, so I had to obtain a new one. The top blanket was dirty on both beds as well as the room wasn't too clean. Musty smell when you first walk in the room. Tub faucet was taped together to stay in place. I feel if they updated the property look and really get all new equipment, they would have better ratings. The staff was friendly,!

This is the worst hotel I have ever checked in to. We were unable to stay the night and drove back to Atlanta, due to the moldy smell and condition of the room. Staff replaced the comforter on the bed upon our request, due to stains on the bedding, but this did not help the overall situation.

Toilet had not been cleaned properly for a couple of months and the carpet smelled dirty.
