Saw a few bugs on the wall in the hallways, breakfast was not great at all, parking lot lights were not working very dark in the back, back door to go into hotel not secure always open to anyone, keys constantly not working to get into room.

The property is tired and starting to look run down. My room was dirty. There were stains in the carpets and furniture. The main console was dirty it was not wiped down properly. Had to call down twice to get them to send up pillows I had asked for. The guests in the room next to me were having a party and had the music blaring till after 11 pm and you could hear them through the walls. As a Bonvoy member I was very disappointed in my stay. I would never choose this hotel again.

This property is in serious need of renovation. Carpets are just beyond dirty and there was a musty smell and ants in my room. Staff was very courteous and the location was great for where we needed to go. If not remodeled, it will not be my choice next year.

The room had a foul odor and the air conditioner did not work.
