Overall a great stay. Unfortuantely our A/C in the room was not working properly. Additionally, a bad experience from a smoker in our florr. All the corridor stank of smoking cigarettes.

Building looked dirty. Old dirty carpets, elevator looked dirty, smelled musty as you enter the lobby. Hotel name at entrance is dirty.

I was traveling through North Carolina during the week and had not made reservations in a reasonable amount of time. To my surprise, I was pleased both times when I registered to stay at Comfort Inn. The staff (primarily Michael and Tasha) made my stay more pleasant. Thanks, Michael and Tasha. The second room I stayed in (Room 301) was clean, although the floor could have been mopped. The first room I stayed in (Room 225) needed vacuuming, but otherwise it was ok. Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.

Not a bad place too stay, room felt great, bed was great, bathroom was not all the way cleaned like hair left in shower and used soap bar from previous guest. Other than that it got the job done with a good night sleep. Side not, room had a “smart TV” but you couldn’t use any of the apps.
