We checked in on Friday around 10 pm and the lady at the front desk was so sweet! After a long day she has us lugging. The cleaning staff was onsite the next day as late as 6pm making sure the spaces were clean and nice.

Even though the hotel was in the process of remodeling, the facility was clean and fresh. Staff was professional and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was dirty. I had to remake my bed because the sheets were completely dirty on my bed. My room looked as tho it had not been cleaned. Only the trash pulled. I asked to switch rooms and was told it wasn’t allowed. The staff was not interested in assisting me or hearing my concerns. Just brushed me off and was kinda like oh well nothing we can do but you can remake your own beds with the linen I gave you. Poor customer service/ relations. Won’t be going back.

Room smelled like cigars, bed mattress was bowed, tub shower floor was black/ dirty, toilet was unstable and rocked when you sat down.
