The only thing that was positive is that the property is in a good location. The property is incredibly rundown and dirty. There is trash all over the outside of the building. The indoor pool is not functioning.The restaurant is not open to the public, only available for functions. Our room had towel service for one person, a horrible odor, and there were blood droplets on the comforter and sheets. We were moved to a different room which had a door for an adjoining room that we couldn’t lock so we needed to get the manager to come lock it for us. This room only had one towel also and no coffee for the coffee maker. The smoke alarm went off during the night and then flashed a white light every 10 minutes all night long. In the morning when we brought our bags to the car, the exit door had been propped open to let anybody in from outside. The trash barrels outside the building were overflowing, and there was trash all over the ground. The inside is outdated and very rundown. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

The parking lot was dark, to get to our room we had to park in the back with limited lighting. When we got to our room, it wasn't vacuumed, bed was dirty- hair on pillows and crumbs, bathroom had mold and what looked like poop on the door and dirty TP in door jam, sink was backed up with mirky water, all amenities were out of order or broken. When we asked to speak to someone about it they gave us a number that was not in service. The number online was also not in service.

This hotel was totally mis-advertised! Check-in is advertised as 3:00pm...I arrived at 3:30 and my room still was not ready. When I was able to get my room, the maid was STILL cleaning it! The cleanliness was NOT acceptable. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, there was a glob of something smeared on the wall, one of the lamp shades was completely missing, the bathroom fan/vent motor was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to fail at any time, and I reserved a room for two adults, but only one set of towels was available. The temperature control in the room was inefficiently controlled...one moment it was blisteringly hot, the next the unit blew out cold air and it was uncontrollable via the thermostat in the room. The hotel advertised a pool and excellent dining, yet BOTH were totally closed down! After all that, I was STILL required to leave a $100 deposit for "damages that may be incurred!" I will add only two positives...the bed was extremely comfortable(great night's rest) and the shower was phenomenal if you enjoy a hot, heavy water volume! The shower head was perfect for easing tense muscles after a long day and the water temperature was enjoyable at any temperature you desire. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this hotel as a stay...long term or overnight though. The appearance this place gives is that it's about to close down!!

Floors were filthy. More hair in the bathtub than on the floor. I didn't even sleep in the bed. Slept on top and did a good check for bedbugs??? I chose the pay later option and was unable to pay at the property due to absolute lack of training of desk personnel. Now I'm trying to figure out how Expedia can help me pay - I'm not a deadbeat but I am completely dissatisfied...

Felt very uncomfortable about from how many signs say “ keep track of your stuff” “ management is not responsible for your belongings”. That many signs made the whole experience sketchy and the fact that there was hair all over our shower/Tub, the dressers and night stands had food smudges and other peoples grease stains, plus blood on the curtains and a big yellow stain on the comforter.
