The breakfast had a few issues - no coffee, cranberry juice was mostly water. The omelets were very good though.

We do apologize for the inconvenience you had with a few things. We had to wait for the part to arrive to fix the coffee maker and I will check out that cranberry juice and why it's watered down. Hope to see you again

Absolutely love the location, the cleanliness, the room, the quietness. I rated it a 4 star only because the room didn’t have a closet or iron in the room. I’m so use to hanging my clothes and I needed an iron the next day. I’m sure I could’ve asked for one but I’m so use to them being available in the room especially for the price per night on a weekend. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the bathroom setup was my fav.

This was one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed in. it was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in an accessible room and everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Property poorly maintained in the rooms. General area looks good but somewhat dated. Rooms are in poor condition. First room I entered had wallpaper peeling off the walls, water damage all over ceiling, large stains on sofa and stickers from a Qtip box on the mirror. Upgraded after speaking to front desk, next room hairs on the sheets, sagging sofa and smelled of smoke. Just Awful and paid hundreds, yes hundreds for the room and could not wait to get out.
