Cody and the girl I did not catch her name, asked me if I have a floor preference. I ask d to be put close to an elevator. Instead I was put towards the north forty in 102. The side door would not open so I had to walk around again. I was tried after the day we had and feel they did not take my needs into consideration. Breakfast was cold and out of the 5 days on the roses this was the worst night!!

The cable television did not work very well. Kept going in and out. I could not set the at conditioner’s on and off or the temperature. It was freezing in my room. Unless I know these things are fixed I will never stay there on a work trip again. Expedia also gave this good rating so I will also look for a different travel service to book a room if I am not credited in some way.

It was not my favorite Marriott experience from the empty water in the entryway, no room service or clean towels the second day, but the guy who checked me out was the most helpful at the desk and helped me add my bonvoy account for points.
