We struggled with the road noise and trains but only because we live in a back section in a cal-de-sac.

The pillows were very uncomfortable, and only 2 thick pillows. It would be good to have a thick and thin pillow on a bed to accommodate various peoples likes. The bed was comfortable, and room nice and clean. The little milk seches area inadequate when paying good money to stay somewhere. No shower mat provided. Very noisy with the train at room level 3 times during the night.
