"I needed a last minute stay whilst on a motorcycle tour through Europe. I turned up as the kitchen was closing and the manager asked the chef if he would stay on to cook me a meal. I’m not fussy and let the chef cook what he had on hand, a selection of local cured meats, foie gras and crusty bread for an appetiser and an amazing dish of chicken, mushrooms and a white wine sauce. Truly a stay to remember if only for one night. "

"Friendly and helpful staff and a good restraurant and menu, The advertised room had two double beds but when we arrived there was one double bed and two bunks! Overall a pleasant stay in a quiet location."

"Perfect stopover while travelling up through France. If staying DBB, dinner is taken at restaurant opposite. It is a 2 star hotel but a good one. Good value."

The landscape around invites for nice walks. "Phenomenal place for a couple to stay in the Jura region. Romantic country chateau in a French village. Rooms are modern, spacious, large beds, and sleek bathrooms. Looked like there was a nice spa though we did not use its services. The restaurant was outstanding and we had a six course gourmet meal. The town itself is very pleasant with a winery and some hiking trails in the hills nearby. You'll probably need a car to get around. "

"Car parking poor. The car park was full and the overflow arrangement with the local railway station is not user friendly. It took 30 mins to exit car park with hotel issued tickets which fail to raise exit barrier. Separately, wifi not accessible . Not acceptable in today’s age. Hotel layout weird and signage to some rooms disappears long before you’re close to room. I would not return to this hotel."
