"First stay at this hotel and was lovely. Very central location for the city, we visited for the xmas markets and for us we were able to walk to all of them, 2 were just a couple of mins walk away. Also by taking the exit from the rear of the hotel it took you out to the promenade where you could walk along the Rhine. Rooms were lovely, not modern but classic. Shower was great. Only used 1 of the restaurants inside which was nice, also used just for drinks too. Only regret was we didnt get to use the pool as we ran out of time. Would 100% use this hotel again."

"It was an amazing stay. Have stayed many times before but not in the last 10 years. Was even better now with live entertainment on both nights. Staff were fabulous. Room was on 6th floor so we had a perfect view of the city"
