The owners Julie and Richard are the most wonderful hosts! The room we had was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and loved Julie’s homemade jams. We bought three to take home! Julie’s homemade shortbread was to die for! Also, both Julie and Richard went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that our needs were met! We are only sad we couldn’t stay more than one night!

Lovely wee place

Warm and friendly hostess Julie is definitely in the right business. The guest house was immaculate and her cooked breakfast was immensely tasty and hearty. The room was cosy and quiet. Short walk to the shops and eateries in Leven. Recommended.

This was a last minute booking and I wish I’d arranged to stay longer. It was so comfortable and I was well looked after. Extra touches like quality towels, home made preserves and shortbread.
