Slightly aged property lacking some basic maintenance. But clean and very friendly staff. And great location

nice location..... bit run down...

place was a bit run down and at night the streets below came alive with drunk college kids till about 11 pm to 5 am.... over all worked because I worked long hours and had ear plugs I used at night... liked that I had lots of choices to eat at night.... convince store close by.

The location of the hotel is great, in the very center of the city. However, the hotel is not maintained at all. A lot is broken (window, toilets, shower, drawers...). The people there are not really professional even if friendly. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 but nothing was ready at that time. At 7:40 the waiter went away to the bakery and did not come back until 7:50. I needed to leave at 8:00.

Bed was comfortable.
Posted 6 Dec 2023 on HotelsI had two full conference days and breakfast was served quite late so I couldn't make use of the service. As compensation I recieved a breakfast bag the evening before. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the rest of the hotel was a bit outdated.
