Basic room, with good supply of hot water in bathroom. No bath mat. No tea/coffee making facilities. Closing reception from 8pm to 8am a nuisance. My train was delayed by 4 hours and I couldn't get in, and couldn't let them know.
Lots of noise in the street at night. Very central, easy to get to sights.

Excellent location, great to have use of a common kitchen and outdoor area. Extremely clean and new feeling. Staff were fantastic Lack of elevator and table in room were drawbacks.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was small but the coffee was great and the food selection was simple but high quality--bread, meat, fruit, juice, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Posted 13 Jul 2023 on HotelsNice clean hotel - it has a hostel section too so there is a large communal kitchen and lounge area. Overall very pleasant - rooms small but okay - no desk in room if need one for work but there are tables in the communal area.

Can be very noisy (corridors seem to echo noise into the rooms) both late at night and early in the morning. Woken several times over the first 2 nights by noise from the corridor at varying times (12-1:30am and circa 5:30am onwards) .
Despite this, the staff are very accommodating, the breakfast is limited but sufficient, the rooms are exceptionally clean and the location is perfect for the city, station and KU Leuven offices etc.

The hotel was as described - everything was acceptable. The check-in process out of hours went smoothly - communication in the lead up to the stay about what to expect out of hours was clear and helpful.
