The best thing about the property was the friendly staff. We came for a music festival and the front desk clerk helped us make reservations at a restaurant where music was playing. Then the proprietress was super helpful with helping us locate the bus stop and other things. Very friendly.

Poor hotel experience

All other things were unsustainable, the reception was closed early, overpriced, no AC, no water, no fridge, no iron, and room accessibility was poor and difficult for 4 people with luggage (attic room), shower drainage was partially blocked (very slow drain), wifi coverage bad

Dear Sir,We thank you for your review from your stay with us last year. It is very important for us to get feedback to improve the experience of our guests.We are sad to hear that your stay with us was not to your satisfaction and we do apologise for the partially blocked shower drain in your room. Our housekeeping team does try to keep everything working but sometimes something can go unnoticed.Our reception is open until 7pm. After that our reception is closed. For people arriving after 7pm we do organize a self-check-in with all the information needed.Our tap water is drinkable and an information including glasses and a bottle are available in each of our rooms.The hotel also has a common room including a fridge and a microwave that can be used by all our guests.We do apologise that we do not have AC in our rooms. Heating is switched off in summer and since Leukerbad is at 1'411 metres above sea level AC is usually not requested and needed in our area.We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast in the morning and hope that you enjoyed the rest of your trip to Switzerland.Best regards from sunny Leukerbad,Team Hotel Beau-Séjour

Family-owned lovely hotel, great room (in ours we had a great balcony with view), great breakfast, very helpful and welcoming staff, very close to Gemmibahn. Had a wonderful stay and experience, will definitely return.

wir übernachteten nur 2 Mal , alles war wunderbar, schade
dass die Küche geschlossen ist.
Frau Wirtin ist eine Wucht, ich hatte grässliche Rücken-
schmerzen, sie hat mit Salbe ausgeholfen und weil ich nicht ausswärts zum Essen gehen konnte mich wunderbar
verpflegt.
