Exactly what we needed for the night. Comfortable bed, clean room with a good, filling breakfast in a convenient location to activities. I’d stay at this hotel again.

Honestly saying, please do not stay in this hotel.
First of all you will not be seeing welcoming behavior by the staff at all. They are so rude and not even looking at your face while talking.
When I step in my room there is a sharp chemical smell inside. I kindly asked staff to check and change my room if possible. She just said no. I asked again that she will understand how bad the room smells if she can come up and look for a second but she refused to check and told me that I have to wait somewhere.
While I was trying to beg for any help, she was talking italian with another guest about me and she was insulting me to him by considering I was not able to understand.
Then we were blamed that we had dinner and they tried to charge us for the dinner we never had.
That was the most terrible hotel experience and rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.
If you respect yourself please stay somewhere else.

Le Sue affermazioni riguardanti l'atteggiamento del personale non corrispondono alla nostra filosofia di ospitalità, né a quanto osservato dagli altri ospiti presenti durante il Suo soggiorno. Ci rammarica molto leggere accuse di maleducazione, quando è stato proprio Lei a rivolgersi al nostro personale con atteggiamenti offensivi e ingiustificati.Riguardo al check-in, è stato comunicato in modo chiaro che la camera non era ancora pronta al Suo arrivo(in mattinata, anche se è espressamente citato nel sito che l'orario di check-in è alle15:00), e non ci risulta che Le sia stato negato l’aiuto per il deposito dei bagagli. Inoltre, la camera che Le è stata assegnata in seguito alla Sua richiesta di cambio (visto che sentiva odore di prodotti per la pulizia) era in condizioni perfettamente igieniche, come verificato dal nostro staff.Infine, siamo stati informati che durante il check-out avete continuato a rivolgervi al personale con insulti, creando disagio anche per gli altri ospiti presenti, che hanno assistito alla scena e ci hanno espresso il loro disappunto per il comportamento da voi tenuto.La ringraziamo per aver soggiornato presso la nostra struttura, ma riteniamo doveroso sottolineare che il rispetto reciproco è alla base di un’esperienza positiva, sia per gli ospiti sia per chi lavora per garantire il miglior servizio possibile.Cordiali saluti,Hotel San Pietro Beach

Mixed, we l loved it but the nighttime noise not
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe beds were not comfy or firm but it was the noise of the train and the scooters that kept waking us up. If you are on the ocean view side this would not be an issue.
The breakfast was great and access to the beach was amazing

Ok before we booked had read a few negative reviews about this hotel but we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel is gorgeous from the outside and is a perfect location for the beach which is just across the road. We had a balcony room which had a great view onto the beach and sea. The room although a bit dated was extremely clean and large enough for 3 people. The bathroom was fine and the room was serviced everyday by the pleasant smiling cleaners. We had breakfast which was fine..continental. We ate out every night and there are some great local resteraunts. The staff at the hotel were great especially Karina at the front reception she could not do enough to help and always polite with a big smile. There is a bar area and pizza place run by the hotel on the beach area and this was great. Dominic the bar man was superb. Letojanni is beautiful and is not over commercialised. The locals are very friendly. This hotel is 3 star and does exactly what it needs to do. There are no bells or whistles but it provides great value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to going back.

Great stay, old facilities but the locatiob is great, the room was comfortable, my recommendation- get the room with sea view balcony, totally worth it - amazing sunrise there

Hotel San Pietro is a convenient located hotel in Letojanni but offers very little in terms of a first-rate experience. Rooms are dated and old fashioned, dining options limited although staff were pleasant and friendly. It is a three-star hotel after all, not terrible but not great either.
