I really recommend this property to anyone visiting Leticia. The facilities and staff were second to none and the latter bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. Special mention should go to Alex in the hotel's tour office. She assisted in designing tours for me that met my specific needs and all at a great price. Even if you're on a budget, try to stretch it in order to stay at this property. Trust me, it's worth it.

Everyone who worked there was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel and restaurant were clean, and the property is beautiful.

The staff was amazing… they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The excursions offered by the hotel were top notch, experienced guides and very authentic.

The food is very good, because of COVID the option of buffet does not exist anymore but they have a decent menu with at least 3 options different every day. This is a hotel all inclusive (for breakfast and lunch or dinner) The bedrooms have AC and fans.
