Overall great. Only item was the gym was closed for a private function when I wanted to use it, but it was a minor change in my schedule - which was fine.

Thank you for such a great rating of the Holiday Inn Express Lethbridge SE. Our gym is used by a 'Breast Cancer Survivor Group every M-W from 5-6pm and is posted on our entry way. We hope not to inconvenience our guests and feel it is an important community event we partner with. We look forward to having you back again as our guest in the very near future.

It was ok I’ve stayed at other express Holiday Inns and had a much nicer experience

When we checked in Debbie(?) helped us..she was so positive and knew the area very well
