"Cordel is not an attractive area. What bothered me was the price of the room considering it's age, unattractive area and age of the motel. We had handicapped room and I appreciated all the items they had to help us and they were grounded very well."

"The staff was wonderful. Darlene (the house maid) would bend over backwards for you to have a great experience and make sure you have everything you need. The owners are very nice. Its an older establishment, but has been nicely renovated. My biggest complaint is there is very old carpeting, so take some sandals or slippers. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within minutes. Its a motel folks, not a hotel."
