"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. "If you're spending a few days in Cote d'Azur and are looking for an economic option then this property is good. The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. "I spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and I enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so luxurious you will not be disappointed. All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The area is perfect, tons of dining options and luxury stores all walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to return."
