The property is well located and that will be my only positive comment. You can take your room only at 5 PM and you have to vacate by 10 am! I was scolded because i arrived too early at 3.30PM. I didn't have soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The bed was not done. It's a glorified apartment not an hotel. There is a gated and secured parking lot. Second positive element.

Posted 16 Sep 2018 on HotelsWe booked this accommodation on our way down to Bordeaux, wanting something small and more personal. Mansur and his wife made this the perfect place to stay the room was beautifully presented and lots of room. A seperate large bathroom and WC were great, and everything provided, just like being at home. I would have no hesitation staying here again and will be recommending to all our friends trading in this area.

A good in a great location

Hotel has no bar / restaurant and reception is not 24h

A great place for a schist stay. Would have been great, but didn’t have lock box code. Another couple was very helpful

Fuyez c’est une arnaque.
Cet établissement associé avec Hôtel.com et d’autres partenaires effectuent du surbooking.
Résultat nous nous sommes retrouvés sans location malgré notre réservation, laissés pour compte nous et les autres dans le même cas et ce devant une réception qui ferme à 19:00! Livrés à nous même sans lieux où dormir ni solutions de ré-hébergement
Certains avec des enfants en bas âge.une honte totale!
Et l’oscar de la malhonnêteté : hôtel.com nous a débité l’intégralité de notre séjour
