The rooms are not “aired” as much as they should be - the hotel needs an upgrade!

We were charged a very different price 'on the day' compared with what was offered on our booking - a difference of €10 per day at least.
Not what we expected at all!

Clean, efficient, and friendly. Secure Parking. Parking outside the room on the ground floor.

You get what you pay for, which is not much. Two main issues : (1) the hotel does not feel safe, as there is no staff on site at night and we are told not to leave anything of value in the room at anytime ; (2) the free wifi included is an absolute joke, downloading a text only email takes more than 2 min, let alone anything else. Not useful if you’re in Les Mureaux on business. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet is nice and affordable, in a renovated dining hall.

Bad Hotel
Posted 10 Oct 2016 on HotelsI will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.The floors of the bedrooms are made from a solid hard surface, so at 1.00 am the guest next door arrived and proceeded to walk around their room in high heels for about one hour thus waking us up!
The outside of the hotel is lit ALL night by strong floodlights so that your bedroom is lit up as well!
We stayed two nights and our bedroom was not serviced on the first night so we had to ask for clean towels.
I intend to contact the owners to try and get compensation, but I don,t hold up much hope.

Nous avons bien pris note de vos commentaires quant à votre expérience de votre séjour dans notre établissement et ainsi des prestations qui n'ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant la lumière, nous vous rappelons que vous avez 2 rideaux ainsi qu'un volet en bois à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de votre chambre et puis à votre demande, nous avions éteint le spot la deuxième nuit (et du coup d'autres clients nous ont signalé qu'il n'y avait pas assez de lumière dans le parking !)

An adequate stop over

This inn was right for our needs. Close enough to CDG airport to handy to catch an early after noon flight!
