"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"A very convenient location, great views, complimentary stuff if the mini fridge and welcome bottle of wine - a nice touch. The conditioner drips water, I had to put a towel under so not to get any puddles. Corner room 139, great view!!"

"Love the Location of this hotel, it’s right off platform 1 of the train station, super convenient. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no outlet near the bed which is inconvenient for charging the phone. Overall we had great time staying."
