Upon arrival no record of our Expedia booking.
Swimming pool was too cold.
Fantastic ski shop service. Lovely accommodation. Very clean and great log burner but no equipment provided. Made it interesting!

Thank you for your feedback which allows us to improve. The indoor pool is 28C and the temperature of this area is about 32C for everyone's comfort. We hope to welcome you soon in Les Gets, Val d'Isère or Courchevel.
