I strongly enjoyed my stay here. The concierge was very helpful in guiding us through the public transportation. We found it easy to commute through the subway train from the hotel. The cleaning staff made sure our room was neat always and taken care of. Our bathroom was nice, but not much privacy in it. The hotel had a nice pool and decent cafe options. The rooftop restaurant wasn't my favorite, but it was okay. There service up there was extremely slow even though there was barely anyone there. But the food was pretty decent.

The swimming pool was wonderful. It was a shame that it closed early for a private function. Breakfast was excellent with great service. My upgraded King size room was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Room service was good but not such good value.

Close to the subway which was good. Staff was not as attentive as I would have liked. Water infrequently delivered to my room. Breakfast staff was not very attentive. Rooms were clean and decent views. It was 90°F when we stayed and the air conditioning kept the room at 77 which was the coldest setting.
