Staff was helpful and attentive. Food and drinks were affordable.

It’s been my favourite hotel for years. I always get my VIP upgrade but this time didn’t get the room with the 2 tvs and better view but the room 721 was still bigger than the basic, something cracks in the window which the sunrise looks the metal or something else starts heating with the sun waking me up. the sink wasn’t working properly but the fixed the issue aright away . Staff always very nice ! Try the buffet 2X1 See you next year metria :)

I loved the staff service. I found a roach and I was switched rooms. BUT I did not get no mvp service.
