Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, pero de la ultima visita que estuve en Diciembre, el Hotel ha desmejorado, el desayuno se ha reducido a su minima expresion, anteriormente era desayuno buffet y podias servirte a tu gusto aunque fue siempre desayuno basico podias servirte a tu gusto, ahora te lo sirven y solo podes escoger o cafe o jugo, gallo pinto,huevos, y pan tostado sin mantequilla ni mermelada.
En las habitaciones las toallas de baño estan muy gastadas, dando apariencia y sensacion de desmejoria.
En cuanto a limpieza si estaba limpio tanto el lobby como habitacion y restaurante.

We enjoyed our short stay at La Recoleccion. It was within walking distance of our volcano boarding tour and the cathedral. The AC worked great, and beds were comfortable. However, there was zero hot water and the shower fills up like a swimming pool. There is no 24 hour front desk, so if you have to leave super early like we did, prepare for a pitch black lobby.
