No towels in the room. Too noisy outside, does not let you sleep. Beds are uncomfortable.

This hotel is downtown close to everything The bed room is clean with a confortable bed but I had to go to see the receptionist 3 times because in the room there was no toilet paper, no towels and no blankets 😞maybe the room was not ready yet 🤔
