It was a really ideal hotel before we started our walk on the Camino. It was very quiet and the room was very idealic and cozy. Highly recommended.

Leon is an amazing city for food and drink and people watching. Do not miss the Cathedral!
The hotel room was small and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. My only caveat - if you can’t sleep with noise, try for an interior room. Leon parties every night!

The check in was complicated because our reservation was lost and we got a room without the balconie I reservated., the next day we got the balconie room. The next day, when we went out lunching, I got a app in big capitals that we had to leave the room inmidiately. We went back inmediately and "it was a mistake". We liked the house but not the receptionist.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios.En su reserva pidió habitación con cama de matrimonio, petición que si tuvimos en cuenta, no había ninguna petición de balcón. No obstante, se le cambio la habitación en cuanto nos fue posible por otra con balcón, y como es lógico, se le pidió que dejara la primera libre para limpiarla y que otros clientes pudieran ocuparla, lamentamos mucho que esto la haya molestado, pero había que hacer el cambio, no podemos tener 2 habitaciones ocupadas por el mismo cliente con el hotel lleno.

The building was built in the 14th century and is still beautiful, I loved my room, the original wood was beautiful, the balconies were nice to have, the big bath tub with unlimited hot water was awesome offer a long day.
I could imagine living in that room.
Definitely a nice place to stay right in the middle of Leon old Town.

The bedroom was in the roof space and the only window was very small and high up in the eaves and couldn't be opened unless we stood on a chair which wasn't very safe as my husband is 78 and has had 2 knee replacements, we did request a different room but wer,e told there was not one available,however the hotel did not appear to be full.

The staff is pleasant and helpful, even if you don't speak Spanish, enjoyed the breakfast
