Posted 20 Apr 2024 on HotelsWe were not sure about staying at Jufa because it was out of the way, however, it's location is what made us love our stay even more. This is one beautiful, scenic and peaceful hotel. The perfect place to unwind. There was plenty of parking and an elevator to bring you to the hotel entrance making it easier. Wish there was another elevator inside the hotel, but they offered to help us with our bags. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was wonderful, a little dated decor-wise but it added to the charm of the place. So comfortable. We were given robes, slippers and towels to use at the pool and spa which was so nice. We booked Jufa because of the spa and were so glad we did. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. We were the only ones to use it at the time making it even more luxurious. Slept so well afterwards. Breakfast, in the morning, was outstanding and absolutely delicious. Lots of choices. We sat at the corner table and looked out over the hills and valley and it was spectacular. A definite highlight of our European vacation was our stay here. We have talked about returning to Jufa again in the future and staying longer. Loved, loved, loved this hotel. We missed it the moment we left. Thank you Jufa.

What a wonderful location. The views are spectacular! Staff and service were hands down some of the best on our 2 week Europe tour.

the view is beautiful and peaceful. I wish I would have reserved room with balcony it would have been worth it. Breakfast buffet was great. Loved the big indoor pool , sauna and steam sauna. Wonderful hotel and very nice staff. I would highly recommend this hotel

Disappointed in the lack of service!
Posted 20 May 2019 on HotelsAt Breakfast nobody came to us to see if we were ok, clear away dirty dishes or ask if we wanted more coffee which had just been left in a pot on our table! Our table still had our name on from dinner so we knew where to sit! A waitress walked past us several times but did not acknowledge us! we were sitting by the door to a room with a largish group! This group were also at dinner and there was a lot of noise and we were sat by entrance! also the people walkied past us to get to buffet! So we were not sitting in a good place!The buffet was very nice! On checking out I was asked for full payment when I had had an email to say booking was guaranteed and paid for! I went to show her my email and she went in office to check! So I just paid for wine we had!

Alle waren neutral freundlich, kaum jemand herzlich. Vielleicht ist das nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Die Lage ist einzigartig.
Massagen konnte man 3 Wochen vorher nicht buchen, war zu kurzfristig.
Zimmer sehr klein, aber sehr sauber.

Die Massagen betreffend muss ein Missverständnis vorliegen, denn Sie konnten natürlich welche buchen, haben die möglichen Termine aber nicht wahrnehmen wollen, da keine zwei Masseure (welche wir extern anfragen und die dann zu uns kommen) zeitgleich Partnermassagen anbieten konnten. Alle von Ihnen gewünschten Massagen hätten Sie natürlich gerne in Anspruch nehmen können. Generell sind wir zu allen Gästen freundlich und auch herzlich, dies scheint ein subjektives Empfinden zu sein. Da sie die kleinste Zimmerkategorie buchten, haben Sie diese auch bekommen. Da wir ausgebucht waren, konnten wir Ihnen vor Ort den Wunsch nach einem Upgrade leider nicht erfüllen. Melden sie sich das nächste Mal gerne frühzeitiger bei uns, dann haben wir meist die Möglichkeit, Ihnen eine höhere Zimmerkategorie und somit auch ein größeres Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
