Everything was great but we didnt realize our room only had a tub with shower attachment not an actual shower.

Was No room service ! Had to ask for towels and no one around for a roll of toilet paper had to get one from bathroom In lobby Accidentally left husbands pjs called to see if they could be sent they said the housekeeper threw them away thought they were garbage!!!😳 not a good answer

We do provide room service, however, the "do not disturb" sign was on the door for your entire stay with us. In this case, staff will not enter the room. If we were allowed in the room, toilet paper and towels would have been replenished each day. There were staff members on property from 8:30 am-7pm. The state in which the room was left, yes, unfortunately, the pair of dirty underwear and pjs that were left near all the other garbage on the floor was mistaken as garbage.
