Staff was rude.
Had to ask for toilet paper at check-in
Breakfast was choice of cereal or bagel.
Milk was soured, couldn't be used.
Pod for 1 cup of coffee was provided for a 2-night stay

Says continental Breakfast Toast bagel . No butter jam or anything To put on. Cereal no milk. Total joke!

We arrived and there was no greeting just asked if we had a reservation I said we did and she said she couldn't find it and I told her that I had a reservation I pulled up the reservation number on my phone and she was like really just nasty then when we went to check out this morning I tried to tell her that the bathroom water valve for the toilet was leaking every time you flushed it it would squirt water and she just like she couldn't be bothered if it were up to me and I was part of your organization I would seriously consider dropping this hotel from your list of properties

The night staff was amazing she truly was great.. the morning staff was a nightmare! Told me there was breakfast and told me to sit.. i was waiting for 30 minutes and i saw her walking around barefoot in the lobby.. absolutely disgusting.. the location was nice decently kept room was cozy and comfortable…
