Convenient budget hotel on highway to Smoky Mt area. Pleasant staff, good bed, clean. No real breakfast, just granola bars and mediocre coffee.

Was not as advertised
Posted 19 Jul 2024 on HotelsWhat was advertised was not what we got. Breakfast was only cereal bars & coffee. Facilies are very old & operator is spending very little on rehab & maintenance.

Non smoking room had been smoked in. The advertised breakfast wasn’t. Juice machine broken , coffee machine is brown water and there was virtually nothing to eat. I will not recommend this

I was prepaid, but my card was billed again upon arrival. This mistake was corrected but it will be days before that money is available on my card.
This Doesn’t really affect me now, but there was a time in my life where this could have been a huge deal for me traveling on a budget so it’s a pet peeve.
