The cleanness was a 3/10. The sheets had cigarette holes and the bathrooms were dirty.
Staff was nice. Convenient to shopping areas.

Noise at night and rooms were not the cleanest. Had to ask for a new room upon checkin because of the mold smell. Did like they made the bed everyday.

Poor room quality, not vacuumed.

It just wouldn’t be described as a clean hotel. There were stains on beds and furniture. The bathroom floor was dirty. And the room had a smell of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. The front entry was the cleanest part of the building and the desk clerk was kind.

Essentially, this hotel (the Super 8) was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was dirty bordering on disgusting (dirty carpets throughout, terrible smells, water that ran brown, lights that didn't work etc) with also more serious problems. After the first night, I had to change rooms as it was found my door would not lock. The manager was not able to lock it with their key as the lock mechanism was broken. The other room they offered had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever "slept" on. Concrete with springs sticking out of it. My watch said I got about 4 1/2 hours sleep but I think that is generous.
During this trip, upon arriving at the hotel, there were police in the lobby, and there was a very pungent smell. As I approached my room, the pungent smell continued throughout the hallway and into my room. Then when I went to the bathroom, there were what I believe were roaches coming out of my sink. Then, my sheets weren’t clean. They changed my room, and I was grateful to no longer have bugs but the sheets and bedding remained questionable.

I took multiple pictures. Our door could not be opened with a regular guest key because it was broken. The on duty attendant had to climb 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted back in our room. The microwave door was taped shut otherwise it would not work. The wall had dried something running. Ect-Ect-Ect.
The best - the attendant handed my husband a battery to replace our smoke alarm because it was beeping at us!!!

Had a nice stay and slept well, smoke detector was beeping when first arrived, pulled cover and found battery not connected, connected battery and slept well

The picture on the website are not really what you see when your check in. No elevator so a little hard to get my luggage to my room. It’s a smoke free location but it still smelled like cigarettes but it mostly smelled like weed. Police was driving around the parking lot the 3 day I was there. I don’t think I’ll be staying at that location again.
