I like that the staff was kind and helpful but the room was alittle small the bed sucks woke up with back pain internet service was bad and no free breakfast and overall 3/10 wouldnt be staying there!

Thank you for staying with us. I'm so sorry to heard that. Last month we replaced all the mattresses, they are brand new. And you are right, the brand standard doesn't serve breakfast, but we have the best coffee station at the lobby. I hope you come back any time.

Person across the hall was slamming the door for 2 hours at like 3am.
The smoke alarm was beeping all night. And the fridge did not work. I would like a full refund.

This hotel was a good value for the money. My room was very clean, the staff were pleasant and professional. There was a small, functional fitness room. Good value for price without frills.
