Always a great stay! Rooms are spacious & quiet, staff is friendly, location is accessible & they have a great breakfast.

Closet stunk like some kind of strong toxic chemicals!!!!! Couldn t even open it much less use it!!
Had to change rooms because of this and the other room closet smelled the same! Bought a candle to
drown out the smell. The staff looked like they could care less and just stood around and talked. It would have been nice to have “some” kind of assistance
moving to a different room. The coffee makers are cheap and make a terrible cup of coffee!! Will NOT be
coming back ever.

I have checked several rooms included the ones you stayed in and have not experienced any unusual odor. I will also address the staff caring issue and be sure to share this information with them. Let me start first with a very impolite people that are working on the front desk whenever we ask any questions.
Second off all is the room cleaning, out of 4 nights we stayed the room was cleaned only once.
Third is the bathroom, the water pressure was so low and the ceiling was disgusting.
Over all for the experience we had it’s definitely not worth to be called a Hyatt hotel because it’s ruining the reputation of other Hyatt hotels that we stayed in.
Better avoid it at all costs, don’t believe the nice reviews out there.
