Air con didn't work in the room so it was very hot, but the staff were very helpful and provided two fans for our suite.

We booked the Mercure in Graz just because we needed a place to rest for the night without knowing much about it or the city.
We were very pleasantly surprised!

Not the best area of town and the hotel needs an upgrade.

Air Conditioner not functional
Posted 29 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe room they gave us had a broken air conditioner. When we asked to get it fixed they told us they knew was not working and it was getting fixed later. They gave us a fan but it did not do enough cooling for the room. They did not offer us any new room. As we were only staying 2 nights we tolerated it but told them at checkout we were not happy.
