Conveniently located across from the Graz main station. Front desk staff was a bit slow and almost double charged me for my night's stay. Housekeeping didn't knock and just opened the door to my room while I was unclothed. Extremely unprofessional.

The hotel room was amazing and all the staff were wonderful and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is close to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) which is why i booked there. Room was nice, only one major issue for me: the AC was not working, i changed the room but i had the same issue on the new room as well. I had to sleep with the window open, luckily it was cooler in the night, but it was also noisy, as my room was facing the Hauptbahnhof. I wouldn't go there in the summer for more than a day or two, that's for sure. ACs are ancient and probably lacking freon so all they do is ventilate the air, nothing else.

Good base for travel to the Redbullring.
Posted 3 Jul 2024 on HotelsComfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Graz. Handy parking under the hotel and the rooms are very quiet, comfy beds too. Breakfast (continental style) was good with loads of choice in a pleasant restaurant area.
