"clean room, everything in good condition. no staff present -- access code/key code sent via text message, which worked fine for me (why pay double for a place with a reception desk?). kitchen, dining table, sofa -- in this sense it was more like a small studio apartment, more homey than a typical hotel room. walkable distance from train station, under 20 min... abt 30 min walk to university."

"Hotel is in good location, looks very normal and nothing fancy from outside, room is very modest but comfy. Size of the room is good. Breakfast is bery good experience. Fresh warm food, nice pastry, jogurt with fruits and nuts. Honestly did not expect that breakfast is much better than some of fhe much more expensive hotels. Service is very pleasant for the reception and for breakfast. It seems they really enjoy doing what they do and everything just works here! Also they have the blood sausage...

"Mukava paikka, ainoa miinus oli kuumuus, asunnossa on vain Koneellinen ilmanvaihto, majoittaja ilmeisesti oli käsittänyt että se on ilmastointi. Reagointi oli kuitenkin ensiluokkaista, olimme 2 yötä, 1. Yön jälkeen toivat meille lisää tuulettimia, joiden avulla toinen yö sujuikin jo mukavammin. Pihalla kulki hieman epämääräisen oloista porukkaa, jokin päivätoimintakeskus tms. Samalla pihalla. Eivät aiheuttaneet häiriötä, ainakaan tällä kertaa... Kahvia yms löytyi myös, kiva pikku varustelubonus...

"We didn't like this apartment...WE LOVED IT! It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We could cook, it was quiet, there was a nice balcony and we could walk to all the sights in Tampere. BEAUTIFUL!"

"Nice studio apartment to stay at in a residential area. Make sure you don't forget your phone inside as a code is the only way to get in, no key! The only downside is the traffic noise from outside, almost impossible to sleep with the windows open so it got quite hot inside."

"Enjoyed our stay. Easy 3-minute walk from central train station. VERY convenient to Nokia Arena (1 min walk). Communication for key retrieval could be better. Asked several times for details via email, also called phone number (no answer). Owner waited until one day before to give information, causing some travel stress. "Varasin huoneiston perheen kanssa yhdeksi yöksi hauskan Särkänniemi-päivän jälkeen. Oli kyllä positiivinen yllätys, pidempäänkin olisi ollut mukava olla! Toivottavasti ensi kerralla paikka on vapaana, kun Tampereella olen. Mieletön näköala parvekkeelta, oma sauna, siisti, moderni ja tilava. Loistava sijainti myös. Erityiskiitos isännälle, joka tuli 5 minuutissa tunteja checkoutin jälkeen avaamaan asunnon oven, jotta sain haettua unohtamani takin. +1"

"Lomaviikko sattui hirmuhelteisiin, joten asunto oli kuuma. Ruokaa ei viittinyt tehdä, jotta asinto ei olisi kuumentunut enempää. Onneksi asunnossa oli kaksi tuuletinta, jotka hieman auttoivat yöllä. Sijainniltaan asunto on loistopaikalla. Auton sai helposti kellarin halliin säilöön ja kaupungilla käynnit hoitui ratikalla."

"tupakeittiössä oli 4 hlön pöytä ja sohvaryhmän tilalla oli 2 sänkyä. Pesutiloissa ei ollut saippuaa eikä peflettejä saunaan.Jos pyyhkeitä olisi ollut yksikin lisää, olisi niitä voinut käyttää saunassa. Katutasossa pieni K-kauppa helpotti. Matkaa ydinkeskustaan n. 1 km. Auton sai oven eteen, 16 saakka maks.pysäköinti 2. alue. Avain piti noutaa noin 1 km:n päästä. Asunto siisti, mutta vähän kalseahko koska seinät olivat tyhjät ja mitään ns. sisustuselementtejä ei ollut. Hinta-laatu kuitenkin ok"

"Hyvä paikka, jotkut kaappipinnat vähän kuluneet mutta sijainti ei Tampereella paljon parempi voisi olla. Sänkyjä on huoneistossa kolme, mutta yksi makuuhuone, mikä on vähän erikoista, mutta ei varsinaisesti meitä haitannut. Sauna on pieni, mutta ajaa asiansa ihan hyvin."

Lovely spot in a gorgeous setting

"Fantastic location in the Pyynikki lakeside and national park area, just a short trip from Tampere city centre. We were warmly welcomed with our dogs. The room was very clean with a fully functioning kitchen, a washing machine and a nice balcony. Breakfast was good, better on the weekend than weekday morning. The only minus was the beds - one thin pillow per person didn't provide enough comfort. And there were no bin bags in the kitchen."
