"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

"I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....

"ACHTUNG: DAS HOTEL WURDE DURCH DIE REGIERUNG GESCHLOSSEN. Warum es noch auf Expedia buchbar ist weiss ich nicht. Ich bin um 3 Uhr Nachts angekommen. Die Unterkunft ist für einen nicht-ortskundigen nicht auffindbar, da dad Hotel in einem Einkaufszentrum auf dem 36. Stockwerk liegt und dies nicht beschildert ist. Zum Glück kann ich Chinesisch und mich so durchfragen. Vor Ort angekommen stand ich vor einer leeren Rezeption. Den Rezeptionisten musste man erst aus dem Bett klingeln. Dieser...

"The area was very close 5 mins walk to chimelong resorts and theme parks which is a must to visit, particularly the circus. The apartment was cheap and had 2 double beds in the room which was good for a family of 4. The others do not have the 2 double beds anymore. Lots of shops and eateries beside. We were mostly at the chimelong resort which is an amazing place to rest and relax. The condition were just fair. "The executive room is nice with a king size bed and roomy washroom, clean, comfort, and elegant. The only downsize is that you may still smell the sense of burning cigarette on the non-smoking floor. Hotel staff provided sincere apologies but they didnt seem be able to fix the issue on a timely manner. It’s either the issue of the building structure or the fine of smoking cigarette. "

" I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Foshan and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, especially by Jessie Shen at the reception. Her warm hospitality and professionalism stood out, especially when we had specialized requests . She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable, handling every detail with care and a genuine smile. Her assistance set the tone for a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were very pleasant – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room provided a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Situated in a convenient area, it’s close to several halal food options, which was a great advantage for us. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Foshan for its excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and strategic location. A special thanks again to Jessie Shen for making our visit so memorable!"
