Close to where we needed to be
Staff somewhat friendly but didn’t go that extra mile for us
The lakeside supreme double room was okay The corridors and hallway access smelled of damp

Great location. Perfect if you want a quick weekend away with the family to the beach. It is very well priced, with an excellent breakfast. The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.

Bathrooms need to be refurbished

Unfortunate visit
Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe had a bit of a disasterous stay. We couldn’t close the French windows as the frames were swollen and didn’t fit. When we got back from our meal and walk the room had quite a few flying insects on the wall and this number just increased and increased. We called facilities who came and said we needed to be moved to a different hotel. They offered to take us there if we’d had a drink, but we were fine so moved to a hotel in aldburgh.
