My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Other then that well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management.

Hotel is a typical outside of town hotel. No character. It was a bit tired in places but staff were good.

Very cheap hotel.
However:
Lost laundry, unreliable staff(strangely irresponsible behavior and attitude especially young staff), broken shower and minibar.
Only dining they have is extremely poor quality of food and horrible taste.
Never come back again for sure.

Amazing staff
Posted 29 Aug 2022 on HotelsThe staff were very helpful and professional. They went beyond and helped us with everything (we had incident that our baby's hand was burned by hot water and they provided first aid and sympathy).
I hope more hotels in Germany learn from the staff in this hotel.
Within easy reach of airport and messe.
