We had a wonderful stay in one of these apartments. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A kitchen, dining area, living-room and even a washing-machine - what do you need more? We will be back!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei. Bei der Übergabe hat er direkt viele Tipps für den Besuch in Leipzig und Umgebung gegeben. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich die Haltestellen für S-Bahn und Straßenbahn, so dass man schnell bis ins Zentrum gelangt. Wir würden diese Wohnung direkt wieder anmieten und können Sie empfehlen.

Sehr gross (hätte auch für 3-4 Personen Platz) Ausstattung prima: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Backofen, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Sehr nahe beim ÖV, 10min zum HB. Schlüsselübergabe hat ebenfalls tiptop funktioniert, obwohl wir an einem Feiertag angereist sind.

Einfach klasse

Einfach nur klasse...super Wohnung und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich die Umgebung ist perfekt nicht weit zur Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet ...kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Nicht zu viel versprochen!

Zugegebenermaßen denkt man bei der Ankunft und dem Gang durch das Treppenhaus nicht, welches Kleinod sich hinter der Eingangstür erwartet! ;-) Sehr modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten (Entertainment, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Nespresso- Maschine, Balkon, eigener Parkplatz, extra Kinderbettwäsche, Begrüßungsgetränke)! Tolle Lage und gute Anbindung (Fahhrad oder ÖPNV)! Sehr nette Vermieter!

Schöne Stadt-Wohnung für Jung und Alt

Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet! eine gute Basis um von dort aus Tages-Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Empfehlenswert!

Fühlen wie zu Hause.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt und erklärt und es gab jede Menge Informationen zu Leipzig, zu Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ebenso wurden uns Restaurants in der Umgebung Empfohlen, alles da, ob jetzt Griechisch oder Italienisch. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit bedacht und liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hier stand bei der Einrichtung der Wohlfühlfaktor im Vordergrund, und wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, da kann das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben. Es war sehr schön, und wenn wir wieder mal nach Leipzig fahren wird dies unsere erste Adresse sein. Vielen Dank an Ina und Ralf für den schönen Aufenthalt. Lg aus Bayern von Lili und Ralf

Frisch renovierte Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt bestand aus zwei Nächten. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, ebenso unser Hund. Wir bekamen eine hervorragende Einweisung in die gesamte Örtlichkeit inklusive öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Im Zimmer selbst befanden sich ebenfalls Hilfsmittel zur örtlichen Orientierung. Die S-Bahn liegt direkt ums Eck. Die Wohnung war sauber, wohnlich eingerichtet und scheint frisch renoviert zu sein. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Appartement am Rande des Zentrums!

Schon die Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer war sehr offenherzig und einladend. Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war ein "Wow", das sich auch nach zwei Übernachtungen nicht geändert hat. Die Wohnung scheint frisch renoviert und eingerichtet zu sein, alles wirkte neu und sehr sauber. An Einrichtung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, und noch weiteres darüber hinaus (zwei Kapseln für die Nespresso, Geschirrtabs, Begrüßungsgetränke etc.). Eine Überraschung waren außerdem die Musikanlage mit Bluetooth und der großzollige TV inkl. Gratis-Zugang zu Netflix. Neben dem tollen Wohnzimmer lädt auch der schöne Balkon zum Verweilen ein, die Deko und die Balkonpflanzen sorgen für das nötige Flair. Ein weiteres Highlight war mit Sicherheit das Badezimmer. Wie oben schon beschrieben, wirkte alles neu, das Fugensilikon war noch blitzeblank weiß!! :-) Die Gleise der S-Bahn liegen zwar nur etwa 100m Luftlinie entfernt, aber störte nicht, wir haben bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen :-) Die freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Art der Besitzer bestätigte sich nochmal, als wir bemerkten, dass wir ein Kleidungsstück vergessen hatten. Uns wurde direkt angeboten, es postalisch zukommen zu lassen.
