Really noisy as close a nightclub. Breakfast the waiter was asking if you wanted salt and pepper as they didn't have enough to go round. Our salt came in a small bowl. Our cooked breakfast was of good quality and staff friendly. Bed comfortable. One thing i didn't appreciate was the online check-in process, i gave up and went old school. My wife is French and it wouldn't let me check in without her passport details. You don't need it and I found asking for it invasive.

The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. They didn’t hesitate in offering assistance to me and my mother as we were hustling to leave the property.

This property is pretty good for the area. Seems to be in a bit of a party street but I should have done my own research before booking. Some of the furniture and accessories should be updated - particularly the rugs, bed and bedside table. Washroom was nice but only a rain shower head. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very happy with the service. I would have given 5 stars had the rugs looked to be a bit less worn out.

The reason I selected was cleanliness was the smells around the hotel. The reception area didn't smell pleasant, I then used the lift which also smelt really bad. I then entered my room and was hit with an overwhelming odour.
