I didn’t expect to have to pay £15 for parking my car overnight but otherwise all was perfect

Room was cold as the heater didnt work. Tv was also broken as it couldnt connect to any chanels - staff advised on checkout and didnt seem concerned. Hotel was in great location and as a lone female felt safe.

little sound insulation, hard floors and poor breakfast choice

The breakfast was the same every day. bedroom had no tissue paper nor any towel racks to hang wet towels on. the one bed was squeaky and the window curtains were dirty with large marks on them. Also the quilts under the sheets looked like they had not been washed in a long long time. Hairdryers were hard to use for they did not stay on.
