Car park a bit of a distance from hotel and a hassle if you have young children. No flexibility for check out times. Overall the standards were good. Polite staff.

Right in central Leicester. Great restaurants and parking is free.

Nice hotel, everything was clean and nicely designed. Good service in the bar and a free drink for joining their mailing list. Perfect hub for visiting the city.

The hotel was new (4 years) and was warm and friendly. Parking was available off-site a three minute walk away and at £10 for 24 hours was very reasonable. The reception staff without exception were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well organised and well laid out with lots of variety to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious with an excellent bathroom and shower.
The walk into the centre was no more than 10 minutes and the hotel was on the right side for the main visitor attractions (Richard III museum, Guildhall, Cathedral, Newarke Museum and Castle).
