Dirty, poor customer service, tired looking needs refurb

A good but plain hotel which would benefit from a decorative tidy up. The weather had been cold, so the room started off cold too. When we requested an extra duvet it took them 45 minutes to bring it to our room - so we had to wait to go to bed.

One of our rooms , my son Toby was in was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever seen- it seems someone had defecated on the carpet- it had clearly been poorly cleaned. You cannot use rooms like this, it is beyond belief that anyone would!
