I nice qyietplace to stay near the city

This Hotel is in a very quiet part of Leicester but very close to the city. A nice relaxing hotel with good rooms at great value with tea and coffee .

good standard for the price. I would stay again

Room was clean and tidy. Staff upon arrival were friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing... great food at a decent price. My only issue was there was no where to get bottled water or anything else regarding food or drink or snacks ect... after 8.30 when the restaurant closed. Maybe a vending machine would be a good idea or have something available at reception.

It was ok the two people on reception that I spoke to were both very friendly, the hotel is a little tired but is OK if you just want a bed for a night or two so it served its purpose for me.

Very Clean Room.

Room was very clean. Was as described. Bathroom small and shower not very hot on first morning. No staffed reception to report to. Was fine on day 2. Room was very clean.

Lovely stay! Good size rooms, clean, and have all the amenities needed. Some small things though - stains on walls in rooms, and entrance/reception area could do with a re-vamp. Overall great value!!

Great for a quick stay over.

This was a great room for 3, all linen was really clean and brilliant white, it was nice to have a fridge, but didn’t use it and shower gel was provided. The only downside is that it spelt of weed in the corridor which was not very nice.

Even the economy rooms are good

I stayed in a economy room which was great very comfy and better than some hotels best rooms.Just no window to the outside .But a window to a corridor .But because modern light was good

The pro: Convenient walking distance to the national space center with friendly staff with clean rooms. Cons: sadly let down by being worn down with multiple damaged items in the room and in the room that I stayed in missing blackout curtains that were very much needed as the LED street light made it like trying to sleep with the light on. This along with the noise from the main road made getting a good nights sleep difficult.

Upgrade

I had to wait until the receptionist returned from a shopping trip. She made sevral points before being told that I had been upgraded at no extra cost ang giving me the keycard. The room had a double bed which occupied nearly the . whole room. To access the shower one had to close the door. To fill the kettle one had to use a cup as the kettle would not fit under the tap. I wonder what my original room would have been like
