Pros: Nice exterior. Spacious cottage. Bathroom was also nice.
Cons: In today's time internet connection is a must. It worked perfectly at Grand Dragon. Wonder why it failed at Zen Ladakh.
Location: Road that leads to the enterance needs a lift up.
No internet connection was a big down. Even in the lobby it rarely worked. Food quality was OK but nothing compared to the Grand Dragon where I stayed for 2 days initially.

This hotel has very courteous staff. Restaurant needs to improve in quality and variety of food served.
